1. Service Offerings

BNM Services provides the following:
  • Company Searches: Comprehensive searches to verify the existence and status of companies.
  • Business Plans: Detailed and customized business plans tailored to your business goals.
  • Legalization of Corporate Legal Documents: Arranging for the legalization of documents required for international transactions.
  • Website design through our partnered services.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website  by providing the necessary details for the requested services.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your request, you will receive an order confirmation via email with details of your requested services.
  • Order Review: Our team will review your order and may contact you for additional information or clarification to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Non-English-Speaking Customers: Certain materials provided including but not limited to questionnaires, documents, instructions, and filings, are only available in English. Non-English translations of these Terms, as well as other terms, conditions, and policies, are provided for convenience only. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between translations, the English version is authoritative and controls.
  • Future Products and Services. To add a product or service to an order subsequent to the initial purchase, these Terms of Service will apply to that additional product or service purchase as well.

3. Fulfillment Timeline

  • Company Searches: Typically completed within 3-5 business days.
  • Business Plans: Depending on the complexity, business plans are usually delivered within 10-15 business days.
  • Legalization of Corporate Legal Documents: The timeline varies based on the jurisdiction and specific requirements. We will provide an estimated completion time upon order review.

4. Delivery of Services

  • Facilitation of Charges. All Charges are facilitated through a third-party payment processor (First Data, Stripe, Inc., Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc., etc.). BNM Services Ltd., may replace its third-party payment processor without notice to you. Cash in hand payments are accepted and cheques in hand or via mail. Your payment of Charges to BMN Services satisfies your payment obligation to either use of BMN Services, Third-Party Services, and OfficeShare Services. Certain Charges may be collectively billed as a single purchase transaction to your fequency of service requests. If you don't recognize a service or transaction, then check your invoice, email requests, receipts and payment history.
  • Digital Delivery: All documents and services will be delivered electronically via email unless otherwise specified.
  • Hard Copies: If physical copies are required, shipping fees will apply, and delivery times will depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.

5. Payment Terms and Facilitation

  • Payment upon Completion: Payment is required 100% after the completion of your requested services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure channels, details of which will be provided upon completion of the service.
  • Payment Confirmation: You will receive an email receipt confirming your payment and order details.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns and potential resolutions.
  • No Refunds: All Charges are non-refundable except to the extent required by law. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate services with BNM Services, any disruption or non compliance to the relative law for services, Third-Party Services, or any other reason whatsoever.
  • Cancellation, Abandoned Orders and Refunds: Each purchase is a request for legal documents. Other than as required by applicable law, if requests is being handled there is no right to a refund although cancellation can be request. All itemization of fees are based on the governing rates by authority and are displayed in the relative Company's Act per jurisdiction. BNM Services is out of pocket time and money for undertaking the work requests and both parties fully intend to complete the order. Abandoned documents will be discharged after 12 months with no obligation nor additional commitments by BNM Services Ltd.
  • Exchanges: Request to exchange an order, service or product (that was not processed) for a different service or product must be sent via email within 60 days of the initial purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any filing fees, taxes (where applicable) or other third-party costs, may be credited to account. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order (less any filing fees, taxes or other third-party costs) will be credited to the client's account.
